Custom website designs with strategic insights to generate greater brand engagement, higher conversions and measurable results.

How do we design a website that is custom tailored to your business goals? By listening to what you need, understanding what you want to accomplish and knowing the best practices that will speak to your perfect customer.

Now that we've put together a design and marketing strategy we can get to work. The following six phases of a web design project are outlined below in more detail.

    Discovery and strategy

We begin our website design by learning more about your individual business goals, the growth strategies you want to use and the brand you’ve worked so hard to build.

Then, once we’ve established the unique value you offer, researched the competitive landscape and worked with you to set goals for the project we put together a documented timeline, detailed project plan and a comprehensive web strategy that guides the project towards completion.

    UX planning and information architecture

Once the target audience, value differentiation, and strategic business analysis have been established in the website strategy phase, the project moves into the UX (User Experience) and IA (Information Architecture) phase, where the website layout, features, functionalities, user path flows, and specification document are wireframed and documented. This is the blueprint phase of the project.

Creative design mockups led by website designer

In this phase, our website designers roll up their sleeves and start applying color and designs to the wireframes submitted to them by the UX and  IA team. Our web designers will also provide you with a design storyboard outlining the usage of fonts and colors throughout the site.

Responsive web design and back-end development

Your website will be responsive so that it will work across various screens, from mobile to tablet to desktop. All frontend coding is done in HTML5, according to best practices, and a CMS (content management system) is customized to give you the ability to update your responsive website in real-time.

    Quality assurance and testing

Creating a high quality, responsive website requires thorough quality assurance testing on multiple devices to ensure that pages load quickly and properly on mobile, tablet, and desktop. In addition, security measures are put into place and the site is tested for proper SEO performance.

    Website launch, analysis and optimization

After exhaustive testing in the QA phase, a system administrator will take your new site live and perform another test to ensure the new customized website is performing as it was designed. During this early launch period, a team will also monitor user behavior on the website and analyze how to improve performance in order to improve conversion rates, time on site, and repeat visits.
